RYDAIR ELECTROSTATIC DM 450 & DM 900
RydAir DM450 and 900 is an Electrostatic Air Cleaner for commercial usage equipped with choice of UVC or UV Ozone lamp to remove bacterias, viruses and odour, including cigarette smoke. This unit is very effective in eliminating dust, pollen, smokes, and all other indoor air pollutants. The air is cleaned in a close loop system ensuring no changes in room temperature as would happened if an exhaust is used. The unit works independently without the need of extra ducting.
ECOZONE OZONE GENERATOR
Ozone have been widely known for its ability to disinfect air and surfaces and therefore removing any harmfull bacterias, germs and viruses. UV LAMP
Our UVC Lamps with 254nm Germicidal Irradiation (UVC) wavelength are the perfect solution for removing unwanted bacterias, germs and viruses from the treatment area. Typically installed in the AHU (Air Handling Unit) facing the cooling coil will ensure a clean coil and therefore not only reducing maintenance cost but a fresher cleaner air will also be distributed throughout the building. UV Lamp can also be installed along the ducting area depending on the needs and the solution wanted to be achieved.

RYDAIR ELECTRONIC FILTER BANK FOR AHU
The Electronic Filter Bank (EFB) is an electronic air cleaner for commercial use normally replacing the bag filter found in Air Handling Unit (AHU). EFB is capable of filtering particles on air up to 0.01 micron.
EFB is very ideal for building use as it is washable and therefore no regular replacement needed as well as low pressure drop of only 80 pascal will definitely save electricity cost as fan and air conditioner do not have to work harder to achieve the desired room temperature.

Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) is used for elevator traction machine model and its primary function is to move the elevator and deliver the lift cabin to the nearest floor and open its door in the event of power failure to prevent passengers from being trapped inside the cabin. This ARD is designed ith microprocessor technology and is capable of generating power for elevator motor and controller.
Hovard Econodrive is a system to ensure the most efficient performance of your escalators. This device adjusts the speed on an escalator motor so that it is not always running at its maximum speed when there are no passengers on board and therefore wasting electricity.
Hovard Econodrive are able to automatically adjust the speed integrated with passengers sensor installed within the escalator. When the sensor do not detect any passengers passing, Hovard Econodrive will slow down the motor speed to the desired speed and therefore reducing energy consumption and result in cost saving.
